Just attended the first 2 day team leader class. The class was excellent. Mike is a excellent teacher and from morning to dark we were receiving instruction, running drills or patrolling. I learned everything I though I was lacking in plus a whole lot more. I really like that he worked with everyone to get them to a level of competence and made sure everyone left there knowing the why and how to things like fire and movement; and fire and maneuver. We ran all the drill enough that the fundamentals stuck with us. It was great seeing everyone make different mistakes and learning from each other.
Bottom line is The Team leader class is essential. Mike is exceptionally good at teaching and instructing people.
